So then the question becomes, when the Democrats regain control of the House, the Senate, or both, do we "compromise" and "share power" with the Republicans, or would we consider using the Grover Norquist philosophy of "Bipartisanship is another name for date rape"? (Denver Post, May 26, 2003)
