Joint Session Today

When Gov. Brad Henry delivers his State of the State Address today in the State House chambers Lt. Gov. Jari Askins will preside over the first meeting of the joint session of the 51st Legislature. Askins is also expected to preside over the Senate this morning prior to the joint session.
