Article XI Section 10 of the Constitution of the Oklahoma Democratic Party requires every Democratic club to submit a financial statement to the vice chair of their county party by February 1 of each year, as part of their annual application for recognition. Every State federation of Democratic clubs is to submit a financial statement to the State Treasurer by February 1 for the same purpose. Section 8 provides that every Democratic club shall annually submit a list of its officers and members, with addresses and telephone numbers, to their County Secretary and the State Secretary. Clubs are to apply for recognition annually from their county parties; the County Secretaries are then to notify the State Secretary of the recognition.
