New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson announced yesterday that he has formed an exploratory committee for the Democratic presidential nomination. Richardson is just coming off a cycle where he served as the leaders of the Democratic Governors Association (DGA) and is building credibility and strength with western Democrats.
